THE SOLIDISTAS: ARCHITECTS OF CONNECTION
The Solidistas are the living core of the Solidarity mission, and we see them as far more than baristas.
We believe that those who foster connection should be connected themselves. Our Solidistas are a self-governed team, empowered to manage the operations of the Stand. This unique model ensures they are focused on a single priority that management cannot provide: presence.
THE FINAL PUSH: LET’S FINISH THE SOLIDARITY STAND.
Our vision for the first Soli Stand is no longer just a blueprint—it is taking physical form. With incredible volunteer support, we successfully built the structural frame, demonstrating our commitment and paving the way for our first Solidistas to launch.
But we have hit a critical junction. We have run out of space to complete the remaining interior build, and the budget for final materials and transport has been exhausted. Right now, this half-finished frame sits waiting in limbo.
We have the talent (the Solidistas), we have the tools (which will be used to build future stands), and we have the momentum. All we are missing is the final funding to acquire the remaining materials and secure a temporary fabrication space to complete the work."

At Solidarity Espresso, our commitment to the community extends far beyond the four walls of the Stand. We believe that true solidarity must be tangible, which is why we commit 5% of all profits directly back to our community.
